How ownership works
The Agent is Our Property
All prompts, configurations, learned patterns, and integrations are our intellectual property. Clients purchase a license to use the agent — not ownership of it.
Access Revoked on Termination
If the contract ends, access is revoked and all agent assets are decommissioned. The agent cannot be transferred, exported, or replicated by the client.
Deeper Over Time
The longer the relationship, the more the agent knows about the business. After 6–12 months of learning, leaving means starting from zero elsewhere.
Client Data is Theirs
Their contacts, ad history, and business data belong to them. The agent's intelligence — the configurations, patterns, and automations — belongs to us.

How long does the learning / building phase take?+
The initial learning and building phase may take up to 2 weeks. During this time, we come to your location, install hardware, configure your agent, integrate your tools, and train the AI on your specific business workflows. After the build phase, your agent is live and working 24/7.
What's the difference between the three plans?+
Starter is ideal for solo operators who need marketing handled — it covers Facebook Ads, social posting, and daily briefings. Professional adds email inbox management, approval workflows, invoice tracking, and up to 2 integrations — perfect for replacing a part-time admin. Business gives you multiple agents running in parallel, all integrations unlocked, priority support, and monthly strategy calls.
What do the one-time setup fees cover?+
The setup fee covers your dedicated hardware (Mac Mini + monitor), all initial software installation, on-site configuration of your AI agents, tool integrations, and the 2-week learning/building phase. Our team comes to your North Shore location and sets everything up in person.
Can I add integrations later?+
Yes — integration add-ons can be added at any time. Each add-on has a one-time setup fee, and after that it's included in your monthly plan. We handle all the configuration for you.
